• Public booking is available to members and non-members from 00:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7) on 25 July until 27 July 2026.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.

Rates and Stay

• Availability at the advertised rates is limited, and prices may vary depending on the selected travel dates.
• Quoted rates exclude applicable service charges, taxes, Green Tax, mandatory transfers and incidental charges unless otherwise specified.
• Additional guest charges may apply during complimentary nights.
• The offer is valid for stays from 22 July until 31 October 2026 and may not be available on selected dates.

Web-Exclusive Inclusions

• Web-exclusive inclusions are available only for eligible bookings made directly through dusit.com.

Displayed Rate on the Booking Platform

• The Average Nightly Rate displayed on the booking platform includes the complimentary night and represents the average cost per night across the full stay.
• The final price breakdown will show the paid nights at the applicable rate and the complimentary night at no room charge, together with all applicable taxes and fees.

Dusit Gold Benefits

• Members receive exclusive early access to this offer and may book the member rate while signed in to their Dusit Gold account.
• Member benefits vary according to membership tier.
• Dining discounts are available at selected outlets and exclude alcoholic beverages unless otherwise specified.
• Dusit Gold reward points are earned on eligible spending in accordance with the programme terms and conditions.

Payment, Cancellation and Amendments

• Full prepayment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
• The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled. Stay dates may be amended for stays completed by 31 October 2026, subject to availability and prevailing rate changes.
• Guests must pay any difference if the rate for the revised stay dates is higher than the original booking value.
