Chef Bank is a Bangkok-born culinary talent with international experience and a deep passion for Thai cuisine. His culinary journey includes time in Cambodia and Australia, where he expanded his skills and global perspective. He has worked alongside respected chefs such as Chef Tap during exclusive events and trained under Chef Alex at X2 Riverside in Chiang Mai. Chef Bank was also part of the opening team at Villa de Pranakorn, a boutique hotel that later became a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection.
Now leading the kitchen at Kuni Kuni, he brings a refined, creative approach that blends traditional Thai flavors with modern techniques.
