• Individuals using the Vitality Pool, hotel shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by any member or guest.
• Vitality Pool use is restricted to guests of 16 years of age and above
• Please do not use the Vitality Pool if you are pregnant, suffering from any heart disease, diabetic, suffering from any respiratory disorders, allergies, high or low blood pressure or any chronic health problem, any infectious skin diseases or wounds
• Please do not use the Vitality Pool, if you are under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, depressants or had a heavy meal during the past four hours
• Please shower before and after using the Vitality Pool
• Please be cautious of any slippery surfaces and follow instructions provided by Spa staff
• Please remove your jewellery or wrist watch and safeguard your valuables before using the Sauna Room. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into the spa.
• Please drink plenty of room temperature water before and after using the Vitality Pool
• No electronic devices are permitted within Vitality Pool area
• Ladies must wear a swimming cap
• Swimwear should be worn according to hygiene standards
• For your and others’ safety, please do not jump and use the safety handles
• Drinking or eating is not allowed inside the Vitality Pool
• For your safety, running is prohibited within the Vitality Pool area
• Please do not apply any oils, creams, or lotions before using the Vitality Pool
• Please limit your time to 15-20 minutes maximum inside the Vitality Pool

• Sauna Room use is restricted to guests of 16 years of age and above
• Please do not use the Sauna room if you are pregnant, suffering from any heart disease, diabetic, suffering from any respiratory disorders, allergies, high or low blood pressure or any chronic health problem, any infectious skin diseases or wounds
• Please do not use the Sauna room if you are under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, depressants or had a heavy meal during the past four hours

• No newspapers, magazines, or any paper products are permitted inside the Sauna Room
