Pavilion presents innovative creations inspired by the finest ingredients, sourced freshly and locally from each region of Thailand. Savour the spicy southern Thai yellow curry with coral red grouper fish, grilled Chiang Rai black pork neck with young tamarind relish and – a Pavilion speciality – the braised Thai grain-fed beef shank. As a perfect complement to those palatable Thai offerings, indulge in a selection of all-time Chinese favourites, including pan-fried chive dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings with ebiko or steamed shrimp and scallop dumplings.

At Pavilion, we pay tribute to that grande dame of gastronomic gathering places with a selection of its most beloved dishes.
