As a perfect complement to those palatable Thai offerings, indulge in a selection of all-time Chinese favourites, including pan-fried chive dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings with ebiko or steamed shrimp and scallop dumplings.

At Pavilion, we pay tribute to that grande dame of gastronomic gathering places with a selection of its most beloved dishes.
