Chako: The Elevated Tea Ritual

In-house experience

Using organic tea leaves cultivated at our own Dusit Tea Garden in Uji and Wazuka, Kyoto—renowned for over 800 years of tea heritage—Chako presents a rare and elevated sensory ritual.

Inspired by a time-honoured method, the tea leaves are gently warmed over charcoal and delicately infused through water, allowing their pure essence to unfold with remarkable depth and clarity.

As the aroma evolves, fresh green notes give way to a softly roasted character, reminiscent of hōjicha. The refined fragrance lingers gracefully, awakening the senses and guiding you into a state of quiet refinement and a meditative state.

Entirely free from nicotine, this exclusive experience reimagines tradition into a sophisticated ritual of well-being.

For a truly indulgent moment, complement your experience with a curated pairing of whisky, sake, or other fine beverages.

Available by reservation only, with limited seats per session.
