The “Best Rate Guarantee” applies to reservations made via dusit.com only.
The guarantee covers Dusit’s Best Available Rates for the same hotel, on the same stay dates, for the same room type, with the same booking conditions (such as number of people per room and same package inclusions).
The Best Rate Guarantee is applicable if the room is found to be offered on a third-party website for at least 5% less than the rate on dusit.com, excluding tax and service charge.
Should you find a lower room rate, your claim must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmation of your booking and 48 hours before arrival.
The lower rate must be available for public booking for at least 48 hours after your claim is submitted.
Validated claims will be entitled to the third-party booking channel price plus 25% additional discount, excluding tax and service charge.
For example:
The rate offered on dusit.com is THB 10,000 (excluding tax and service charge).
The rate offered on a third-party website is THB 9,000 (excluding tax and service charge).
The final rate applied by Dusit pursuant to “The Best Rate Guarantee” will be THB 6,750 (THB 9000 – 25%), excluding tax and service charge.
Rate disparities related to fluctuations in currency exchange are excluded from the guarantee.
Dusit reserves the right to modify or cancel these general terms and conditions without prior notice.
