Our Pet Policy:

• We allow dogs and cats as pets, and each pet must not exceed 15 kg in weight.
• Up to two pets, with a combined weight less than 20 kg, are allowed in Deluxe Room, Deluxe Terrace, Studio, and Family Terrace located on the first and second floors.
• We have a limited number of rooms that are pet-friendly. The Pet Stay Service is exclusively provided for guests who book directly with the hotel. Please make your request at the time of reservation
• The pet amenities fee will be charged based on the pets’ weight and must be paid directly to the hotel.

• Pets are welcome to walk in the garden and parking area in front of the hotel.
• Pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets, swimming pools, bar, fitness center, and kids club.
• Pets shall not be left unattended in the guest rooms during the stay.  Hotel staff will not enter the room without the presence of the owner.
• Pets are not allowed on the guest bed.
• Pets shall always remain under the control of the owner, either on a leash or in a carrier.
• Feeding for the pets shall be provided by the pets' owners.
• Pets’ owners are responsible for cleaning up their pets' waste in the room and the entire hotel area.
• We reserve the right to relocate or reject the stay of guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive to the overall environment within the hotel premises.

In an unlikely case that your furry friends do not feel well, we are located only 10 minutes away from the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Kasetsart University, Hua Hin.
