Crafted from authentic recipes passed down through generations, many dating from the 1800s to the 1930s, and including several beloved dishes unchanged since the original Benjarong at the original Dusit Thani Bangkok opened in the 1970s, each plate offers a rare and timeless taste of Thailand’s rich culinary heritage.
