Executive Chef John Beriker
With more than 25 years’ experience at international hotels and restaurants in the US, Australia, Germany, Thailand and Singapore, Executive Chef John brings his culinary talents to Guam. The owner of two restaurants in California and Idaho, Chef John is also a cookbook author and the recipient of various awards including Chef of the Year twice. John received his education in Canada and attended culinary school in California. He was trained by world-renowned chefs Wolfgang Puck and Jean Marie Josselin.
