At Kati, we present a curated Monthly Special that highlights comforting flavours and seasonal inspiration.
This month’s feature is Gai Tod Hat Yai, a well-loved dish from southern Thailand.
Juicy chicken, crispy on the outside and tender inside, is topped with plenty of onion chips for an enjoyable contrast of textures.
