Before You Join
Pre-Booking is Recommended – Reserve your preferred activities in advance through the Front Office or Activities Team to secure your spot.
Waiver Requirement – For safety reasons, certain activities require a signed waiver form before participation. Our team will assist you with this step.
Arrival Time – Please arrive at the activity area at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to help us start on time and ensure a smooth experience.
Health Considerations – If you have any medical conditions or allergies, kindly inform our team. Your well-being is our priority.
Age Requirement – Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Some activities may have age, height, or weight restrictions.
What to Wear – Wear suitable clothing and footwear (e.g., swimwear, rash guards, closed shoes, or hats). Safety gear like helmets and life vests will be provided where required.
Activity Bookings and Attendance – A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your slot may be released to waitlisted guests. Some activities may be canceled or adjusted if there are not enough participants.

Follow Safety Instructions – Our staff are trained to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Please follow all instructions and use safety equipment provided.
Respect Nature and Others – Help us keep the island clean and serene. Please avoid littering and be considerate of fellow guests during group sessions.
