Our hotel is near Lake Toya and is the perfect base for exploring Hokkaido. Located by the lake, we are close to local sights, ski resorts, and volcanoes. You can reach us by train in about 2 hours from Sapporo or Hakodate to JR Toya Station, followed by our complimentary 30-minute shuttle bus drive. If you take a car, it takes approximately 2 hours, exiting at Abuta Toyako. Enjoy views of nature that change with every season.

From JR Sapporo or JR Hakodate Station
Begin your journey at JR Sapporo or JR Hakodate Station, boarding the Super Hokuto train for a 2-hour ride to JR Toya Station. Upon arrival, continue to our hotel with our complimentary shuttle bus that is an approximate 30-minute drive. Please note that shuttle reservations are required for all guests; kindly contact us (goes to Property Contact Us Page) at least 2-3 days in advance. The shuttle bus will not operate if no reservation is made.
From New Chitose Airport
The hotel is approximately a 2-hour car ride from the airport, taking you through some of Hokkaido’s stunning natural scenery.
From Sapporo or Hakodate
Reach Abuta Toyako Inter by driving approximately 2 hours via Route 230 from Sapporo, or 2 hours and 15 minutes from Hakodate. The hotel is then a 20-minute drive from the interchange.
