• Dining inclusions are non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.
• Valid only during your stay at participating dining outlets; cannot be used after check-out.
• Meal serving times are stipulated by the dining outlet and may change without notice.
• Dining inclusions are per room, per night, based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
• Dining discounts are available at select outlets; excludes alcohol.

Rates & Stay:
• Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
• Limited availability at advertised rates; prices may vary based on selected travel dates.
• Quoted rates exclude taxes, gratuities, service charges, incidental charges, or resort fees unless otherwise specified.
• Additional guest charges apply.
• Offer may not be applicable on certain dates; the hotel reserves the right to amend or apply restricted dates at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Payment, Cancellation & Amendments:
• Full pre-payment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
• Rate is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the full prepaid amount will be forfeited.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge the full stay amount in the event of early departure.
