Lessons Offered and Age Requirement

Open to students 6 years and above

• Water Exploration: Ages 6–7 years old
• Beginner Swim Course: Ages 7–10 years old
• Advanced Beginner: Ages 10 years old and above
• Intermediate Swim Course: All ages (with basic swim skills)
• Stroke Refinement Course: All ages (Athlete / Competitive level)

Rates & Payment

• PHP 7,000 per student for 8 sessions (inclusive of service charge, local tax, and VAT)
• Fees include pool use, changing room access, towel service, infused water, and Certificate of Completion.
• All payments must be settled at the Front Office prior to the start of lessons.
• All swimming lesson revenues shall be properly coded under the designated Recreation / Immersive Experiences account for monitoring and financial report purposes.

Enrollment & Notification

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.
• The Front Office and Recreation team shall maintain an updated record of all enrollees.
• The Front Office and Recreation team shall coordinate instructor assignments and session confirmations.

Validity and Scheduling and Instructor Availability

• All enrolled sessions must be completed within two (2) months from the date of enrollment.
• Participants may follow the fixed schedules provided by the Hotel and Swim Club, or complete the 8 sessions at their own pace within the two (2) month validity period, subject to slot availability.
• A session batch may be opened with a minimum of one (1) enrollee; however, the Hotel reserves the right to consolidate sessions when operationally necessary to optimize instructor deployment and pool usage.
• In case of instructor absence due to illness, emergency, or operational needs, the Hotel reserves the right to assign a qualified substitute instructor or reschedule affected sessions at no additional cost to participants.

Attire Requirements

To ensure safety, comfort, and hygiene, all participants must adhere to the following attire guidelines:

1. Proper Swimwear – One-piece or two-piece swimsuits for females; swim trunks/jammers for males. No denim, cotton, or casual wear allowed.
2. Swimming Cap – Optional for participants, though encouraged to help maintain cleanliness and pool hygiene.
3. Goggles – Strongly recommended to protect eyes and improve swimming performance.
4. Towels – Provided by the hotel, but participants may bring their own.
5. Optional Gear – Kickboards or training fins may be used upon instructor’s approval and must be provided by the participant.
