  • To ensure reservations at your preferred time, please book in advance.

ARRIVAL

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete your lifestyle consultation form and familiarise yourself with our spa facilities. We regret that a late arrival will decrease your treatment time.
  • Your treatment will last the full duration if no other booking is scheduled after your appointment.

CANCELLATION

  • Please provide a minimum of 5 business hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
  • Please call our spa concierge and we will be happy to reschedule for you.
  • No-shows or cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

YOUNGER GUESTS

  • Guests under the age of 16 can enjoy spa treatments under the supervision of a guardian.

SPECIAL ATTENTION

  • Please inform our spa concierge if you have any medical conditions such as high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, recent injuries/operations or any other medical complication.
  • If you are pregnant, please defer to our spa concierge for advice on treatments that are safe to enjoy during your pregnancy.
  • We recommend that gentlemen shave a few hours prior to all facial treatments.
