• Valid for bookings made exclusively via dusit.com.
• Bookings must be made at least three (3) days prior to arrival.
• Black Out Dates: 25 July 2026 to 3 August 2026
• Stay 2 Pay 1, Stay 4 Pay 2, Stay 6 Pay 3, Stay 8 Pay 4.
• Valid for a maximum of 8 consecutive nights per booking, inclusive of 4 complimentary nights.
• Not combinable with other promotions unless specified.

Breakfast:

• Included only with qualifying breakfast rates based on the number of adult guests specified at the time of booking.
• Daily breakfast is non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.

Child Policy:

• Children under 5 years of age dine on a complimentary basis when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children aged 6 to 11 years are eligible for a 50% discount on the prevailing meal rate when dining with an adult.
• Children aged 12 years and above will be charged at the full adult rate.
• Baby cribs are available on a complimentary basis, subject to availability; advance reservation is required.

• Rates are per room, per 2 nights, based on double occupancy unless specified.
• Quoted rates exclude taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, or resort fees unless specified.

• The “Average Nightly Rate” shown includes the complimentary nights, representing the average cost per night. Valid for stays from 22 July until 31 October 2026. Offer may not be available on some dates.
• The final price breakdown will detail paid nights at full rate, complimentary nights as free, with all applicable taxes and fees included in the total amount.

Payment, Cancellation & Amendments:

• Credit card required for full prepayment at the time of booking.
• Offer is non-refundable and non-transferable; while bookings cannot be cancelled, stay dates may be amended for stays until 31 October 2026, subject to availability and prevailing rate changes, provided that the guest pays any price difference if the new rate exceeds the original booking value.
