Featuring organic matcha and hojicha from Dusit Tea Garden, nestled in Wazuka’s tea-growing landscape with over 800 years of history, this seasonal experience celebrates the region’s rich tea heritage. Delight in an exquisite selection of tea-inspired sweets, including Matcha and Grape Verrine and Hojicha and Apple Mousse Tart.

The savoury creations bring together seasonal ingredients and aromatic Thai spices, offering a distinctive harmony of Kyoto’s tea traditions and Thai culinary influences.
