Our skilled sushi chefs carry on the spirit and techniques of the renowned Ginza restaurant Sushi Ishibashi Masakazu.
Using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, they present an authentic Edomae sushi experience through an omakase course of sushi and refined dishes.
