Discover a unique culinary experience at our cross-cultural cooking class. Under the guidance of our three-star and two-star chefs, you will learn to prepare authentic Thai dishes as well as selected Japanese and Western cuisine. You will also discover the cultural background behind each recipe.

Classes are held on the second Wednesday of each month. All ingredients and cooking equipment are provided, so you can join with ease. Enjoy improving your cooking skills while savouring the dishes you create.

  • (Full) 8 July:  “Kha Nom Jeen Nam Ngiao”, a fragrant noodle soup in the Northern Thai style at Kati

  • 12 August: Sushi – “How to Use Kombu Curing in Cooking” at Kōyō
