Strawberry and hojicha mousse, matcha cake and other treats showcase the depth of tea flavours while enhancing the berries’ gentle tartness.
Also on offer are strawberry and coconut tarts, along with savoury items such as an American-style hot dog featuring Northern Thai “Sai Ua” sausage paired with senmaizuke from Kyoto’s long-established pickle maker, Nishiri, which brings together Kyoto and Thai flavours.
