• Advance reservation is required and spaces are subject to availability. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp at +65 9869 4978.
• Full payment of SGD 78 nett per person is required to confirm the reservation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from Devarana Wellness.
• Each booking is valid for one participant and is non transferable unless otherwise approved by Devarana Wellness.
• Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. The experience will commence promptly at 7:00pm. Late arrivals may have their participation shortened or may not be permitted to join once the session has commenced.
• Participants should be comfortable in a swimming pool environment and must follow all safety instructions provided by the facilitator, Devarana Wellness team and hotel representatives.
• Guests should inform Devarana Wellness in advance of any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, pregnancy or other health concern that may affect their ability to participate safely.
• Consumption of alcohol before or during the experience is not permitted.
• Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event and no shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
• As the experience takes place in the swimming pool, it is subject to weather and pool conditions. Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore reserves the right to postpone, modify, relocate or cancel the event due to adverse weather, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s reasonable control.
• If the hotel cancels the experience, guests will be offered an alternative date or session, subject to availability, or a refund of the event fee where a suitable alternative is unavailable.
• The 20% discount on eligible Devarana Wellness treatments is valid for one month from 23 September 2026. Advance reservation is required and treatments are subject to availability. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, discounts, vouchers or special offers unless otherwise stated.
• Guests who register for Dusit Gold may enjoy 15% off eligible à la carte orders at Greenhouse, Level 2, subject to successful registration and applicable Dusit Gold terms and conditions. Exclusions may apply.
• Complimentary drinking water, light snack and parking coupon are subject to the applicable terms and availability.
• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for hotel marketing and promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform the Devarana Wellness team before the event begins.
• Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore reserves the right to amend the event programme, timing, inclusions, venue or arrangements where necessary for operational, safety, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The introductory launch offer is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice, subject to confirmed bookings.
