Drive via East Coast Parkway to city. Take Exit 2A, for Changi Coast Road towards Changi Village and make a U-turn.

Use the middle lane to continue on Tanah Merah Flyover and follow signs for ECP/City/Tampines Town. Use the right lane to take the ramp to Tampines and continue onto XIlin Ave.
