Greenhouse presents an exclusive Lunar New Year buffet dinner available from 16 to 22 February 2026, where tradition and meaning unfold in every dish.

Savour highlights such as Steamed Grouper with Flower Garlic,  symbolising prosperity, Cantonese-Style Roasted Chicken, representing luck and wholeness, and a Chinese Seafood Treasure Pot,  featuring a sumptuous medley of prized delicacies including 6-head abalone and sea cucumber, that embodies wealth and abundance.

Embrace the spirit of the Lunar New Year with a range of auspicious delicacies from the Festive A La Carte Menu.

Welcome the Year of the Horse with the Prosperity Yu Sheng, available with golden abalone or fresh salmon. Highlights include Sake Marinated Baby Abalone, delicately infused with Japanese sake, Chinese spices and a hint of smokiness. Complete the celebration with time-honoured favourites such as Hokkaido Scallop with Egg White and Broccoli Flower, and Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Oyster and Black Moss for longevity and good fortune.
