Dusit Thani Maldives is proudly participating in Dusit’s Tree of Life sustainability program.
• Achieved Level 1, meeting 8 key ESG criteria (e.g. eliminating single-use plastics, food waste reduction, energy management).
• Actively working towards Level 2 with 10 additional ESG goals.

  • Coral Planting Activity – hands-on marine conservation with our in-house biologist.
Operational Sustainability Practices
  • Water Conservation: Reverse osmosis plant, rainwater harvesting, efficient fixtures.
  • Solar Energy: 215 kWh system, generating 250,000+ kWh annually since 2019.
  • Plastic Reduction: Onsite glass bottling plant eliminates single-use plastics.
  • Composting: Food waste converted into compost used in Chef’s Garden and landscaping.
