Chef Xerxes Narciso

Chef Xerxes Narciso, also known as “Chef X”, always knew he had a place in the world of food.

His thirst for cooking began 17 years ago when he started in the industry. Six years ago, he joined the kitchen team at Dusit Thani Manila, where he developed skills in menu development for small and large events. Chef X combines a wealth of culinary experience, a passion for food, an innovative approach and vast food knowledge to carve his niche as The Pantry’s Chef De Cuisine.

With charm and personality, Chef X emphasises the importance of passing on knowledge, encouraging his staff to strive for excellence. Joining the most prestigious competition in the Philippine gastronomic scene known as “Philippine Culinary Cup 2019”, he headed Dusit Thani Manila’s team and was able to maintain the hotel’s good standing by winning 9 medals out of 9 categories.
