Promotion Details

1. The Holiday Rush 2026 Promotion is available for booking from 1 October 2026 to 15 January 2027.
2. The promotion is valid for stays from 9 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, with blackout dates on 24, 25 and 31 December 2026.

Promotion Inclusions

4. The promotion includes daily buffet breakfast for two adults and two children aged 11 years old and below, per room per night.
5. Each eligible room receives one Christmas souvenir per stay.
6. Guests receive a 20% discount on dining at The Pantry, Benjarong and UMU, redeemable during their stay. The discount:
   • Applies to food items only;
   • Excludes Grab & Go and beverages;
   • Cannot be combined with any existing restaurant promotion, discount or special offer; and
   • Is not applicable on 24, 25 and 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027.
7. Rooms can accommodate up to two adults and two children aged 11 years old and below, or up to three adults, subject to room configuration and availability.
8. Children aged 11 years old and below stay free when sharing existing bedding with their parents. An additional charge applies for a third adult. Guests aged 12 years old and above will incur an extra bed charge of PHP 1,839 net per night, inclusive of breakfast.

General Terms

9. This is a non-refundable promotion. All reservations are subject to room availability.
10. No refunds, credits or rebates will be granted for no-shows, shortened stays, unused package inclusions or voluntary cancellations.
11. Any modification of stay dates is subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
12. The promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, vouchers or any other item.
13. The promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, package or privilege, unless otherwise specified by Dusit Thani Manila.
14. For purchases of goods and services offered at a promotional discount, senior citizens may avail of either the promotional discount or the applicable discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

Raffle Mechanics

15. The Holiday Rush 2026 Raffle Promotion runs from 9 October 2026 to 15 January 2027.
16. Guests who book under the Holiday Rush 2026 Promotion and complete their stay during the eligible stay period will automatically qualify for the raffle, subject to the applicable raffle mechanics.
17. Raffle entries will be awarded as follows:

• Direct bookings via dusit.com, including bookings made through the official website and walk-in reservations: two raffle entries per completed stay.
• Online Travel Agent (OTA) bookings: one raffle entry per completed stay.

18. The following bookings are not eligible for the raffle:

• Cancelled bookings
• Refunded bookings
• No-show reservations
• Complimentary stays
• House-use bookings
• Employee-rate bookings
• Barter arrangements
• Fraudulent or invalid transactions
• Bookings made under other room offers that are not part of the Holiday Rush 2026 Promotion

19. Eligible guests must completely fill out the official raffle coupon with their complete name, address, contact number and signature, and deposit it into the designated raffle drop box at the Dusit Thani Manila Front Desk.
20. Raffle entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on 31 January 2027.
21. The raffle draw will be held on 12 February 2027 at 3:00 PM at Dusit Thani Manila, in the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

22. The raffle prizes are as follows:

Grand Prizes

1st Prize
One overnight stay in a Premier Room at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu, valued at Php 20,000++, inclusive of breakfast for two persons.

2nd Prize
One overnight stay in a D’Luxe Cityview Room at dusitD2 Davao, valued at Php 11,000++, inclusive of breakfast for two persons.

3rd Prize
One overnight stay in a Premier Room at Dusit Thani Manila, valued at Php 10,500++, inclusive of breakfast for two persons.

Minor Prizes
Three winners of Php 1,000 The Pantry Gift Certificates.

23. All prizes are tax-inclusive and valid for six months.
24. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash, credit or any other item.
25. Winners will be notified via registered mail and email. The names of the winners will also be posted on the official Dusit Thani Manila Facebook page.
26. Each customer may win only once. If the same name is drawn more than once, the winner will be entitled to the prize with the higher value.
27. Prizes may be claimed at Dusit Thani Manila.
28. To claim a prize, the winner must present at least one valid government-issued ID and sign an acknowledgment receipt prior to claiming the prize.
29. If the prize is claimed through an authorised representative, the representative must present the winning raffle ticket and one valid government-issued ID.
30. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favour of Dusit Thani Manila, subject to prior approval of the DTI.
31. Employees of Dusit Thani Manila, including employees of participating agencies, merchants and other involved partners, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
