• Promotion: Applicable for bookings only on dusit.com with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Dusit Gold members are eligible for an additional discount on room rates and privileges. Join now. Not combinable with other promotions, unless specified. Minimum stay may vary depending on the travel period selected.
• Hotel credit: Credit is applicable to be applied to eligible charges during your stay. This includes dining at all food and beverage outlets (excluding alcohol), and resort activities including the spa, Pirate’s Bay Kids Club, and in-house Guest Experiences. Credit will be applied at check-out. Credit is non-refundable, non-amendable, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts unless specified. Credit cannot be used towards to room rates or exchanged for cash.
• Guests may not book separate stays or rooms to receive additional hotel credit benefit. Regardless of the number of rooms or bookings under the same name, the benefit will be applied once for the stay.
• Payment and cancellation: A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No deposit required. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a one-night penalty.
• Rates: There is limited availability at the advertised rates. Rates may vary, can change at any time, and may be higher or lower than advertised based on the travel dates selected. The advertised rates may also change. Unless specified, the quoted room rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges or resort fees (where applicable).
• Blackout dates: 13 – 15 August 2025 and 3 – 7 October 2025.
• Rates with Breakfast: Breakfast is included for paying adult bed users only. Children ages 6 – 11 will incur an extra fee.
