One of the highlights of the evening is the Live Carving Station, where chefs carve succulent Roast Leg of Lamb with rosemary jus and Honey-glazed ham served with mint sauce, mustard and apple sauce.
The hot buffet features comforting international classics including Beef Bourguignon, grilled seabass with lemon butter, baked lasagna, roasted baby potatoes, buttered seasonal vegetables and Thai green curry with jasmine rice.
Families will also enjoy the Mini Burger & Pizza Corner, perfect for both adults and children.
