At Benjarong, our chefs honour this timeless recipe using fragrant jasmine rice gently rinsed and served in chilled jasmine-infused water. The delicate aroma offers a refreshing contrast to Hua Hin’s warm coastal climate, making it one of Thailand’s most beloved seasonal delicacies.

The Royal Khao Chae set is accompanied by a selection of meticulously prepared condiments, each balancing sweet, savoury and aromatic flavours. Guests will enjoy classic accompaniments such as stuffed sweet peppers, caramelised shredded pork, crispy shrimp paste balls, sweet preserved radish, and seasonal vegetables with fresh herbs.
