After serving as Head Sommelier at Tour d’Argent, Hiroyuki Seino became Executive Sommelier at the renowned French restaurant Apicius. A recipient of numerous prestigious awards, he has served as Henriot Ambassador since 2013. Widely recognised as one of Japan’s leading sommeliers, he is also an accomplished wine taster for leading wine publications.
