Join us for an exclusive one-night only Maker’s Dinner celebrating the world of Champagne Henriot, one of Champagne’s most distinguished houses with over 200 years of history.

The evening will be hosted by Henriot Ambassador and renowned sommelier Hiroyuki Seino, who will guide guests through the unique character and heritage of Champagne Henriot while introducing each pairing throughout the dinner.

Henriot Brut Souverain NV / L’Inattendue Chardonnay Grand Cru 2018 / Henriot Brut Rosé NV / Henriot Brut Millésimé 2015 / Henriot Cuvée Hemera 2013

Each Champagne will be paired with a specially curated course created exclusively for the occasion by the chefs of Chef’s Table Kōyō, offering a harmonious dining experience that celebrates both fine cuisine and exceptional Champagne.

◆Champagne Henriot

Founded in 1808, Champagne Henriot is a prestigious Champagne house with a winemaking heritage dating back to the 17th century. Guided by a deep respect for terroir, the house is renowned for its elegant style, crafted through meticulous blending and a signature Chardonnay-led approach. Today, Henriot continues to honour its heritage while embracing sustainable viticulture.

◆Hiroyuki Seino

After serving as Head Sommelier at Tour d’Argent, Hiroyuki Seino became Executive Sommelier at the renowned French restaurant Apicius. A recipient of numerous prestigious awards, he has served as Henriot Ambassador since 2013. Widely recognised as one of Japan’s leading sommeliers, he is also an accomplished wine taster for leading wine publications.

  • Menu items may vary depending on seasonal availability and sourcing.
  • Cancellations or changes to the number of guests must be made at least four days before the reservation date. The following cancellation charges will apply after this deadline:
    – 3 days to 1 day before the reservation: 50% of the menu price × number of cancelled guests
    – Same-day cancellation: 100% of the menu price × number of cancelled guests
