Chef Frank boasts 24 years of experience in the kitchens of hotels, cooking Chinese and western cuisine. Some of his accolades include the May 1 Labor medal, Changzhou Cooking Master, third prize in the fourth Jiangsu Province Skills Champion Competition and first prize in a Chinese cooking vocational skills competition.
