Chef Frank boasts 24 years of experience in the kitchens of hotels, cooking Chinese and western cuisine. As part of our experienced team, he creates the authentic Huanyang and Cantonese cuisine you will enjoy in our restaurants. Some of his accolades include the May 1 Labor medal, Changzhou Cooking Master, third prize in the fourth Jiangsu Province Skills Champion Competition and first prize in a Chinese cooking vocational skills competition.
