Kōyō sources the freshest seasonal produce exclusively from the revered Kansai region. Inspired by the ancient calendar of 24 micro-seasons in Japan, each meticulously crafted dish at Kōyō unveils a symphony of flavours that pay homage to the profound relationship between nature and communities.

Under the guidance of skilled and visionary chefs, including the esteemed Chef Kondo with 17 years of experience, Kōyō offers a symphony of flavours through meticulously crafted courses and a carefully curated à la carte menu. While both options are available, the true focus lies on the artfully composed and thoughtfully designed omakase menu, where each dish is a testament to the chef’s culinary prowess and creativity.

For those who prefer bottles, we also offer rare, premium wines served by the glass using Coravin technology. Feel free to request this exceptional service.
