• Number of Pets: We welcome up to two (2) pets (dogs and cats of all sizes) per room booking
• Where Pets Can Go: Pets are allowed in the lobby, elevators, hallways to outdoor spaces, guest rooms, and outdoor areas (alfresco). However, they are not permitted in indoor restaurants, function halls, fitness centre, spa, club lounge, or swimming pools.
• Pet Staycation Fee: A fee of Php 2,000 per pet/night applies. This includes daily deep cleaning and a pet amenity set (pet bed and feeding bowl). Please note: The provided pet bed is ideal for small to medium size dogs.
• Complimentary Toy: Your pet will receive a complimentary toy to enjoy.
• Supervision: For safety reasons, pets cannot be left unattended in the guest room. Hotel staff will not enter your room without you present.
• No Pets on Beds: Pets are kindly asked to stay off the guest bed. A pet bed will be provided for your pet’s comfort.
• Vaccination Requirement: Only fully vaccinated pets are allowed to stay at the hotel.
• Pet Control: Pets must be on leash. in a carrier, or in a cage in public areas. Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pets under control at all times.
• Pet Food: Please note that we do not offer a dedicated pet menu. Pet food must be provided by the owners.
• Hygiene: Pets must wear diapers. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all hotel areas.
• Behavior: If a pet is disruptive or noisy, we reserve the right to relocate or refuse the stay to ensure the comfort of other guests.
