• Participants should assemble two hours before the race at the transition area. Equipment and gears shall be checked for safety an hour before the race starts in the same area.
• Each participant must register online until 1 week before the actual event and fill out the registration forms and waivers with their T-shirt size.
• On-site Registrations will not be accepted.
• Each participant must attach with the official entry form and waiver a photocopy of his/her valid ID/Birth cert.
• Proper Race attire must be worn by the athletes in swimming and running.
  Each participant is responsible for his/her own warm up exercises 30 minutes before the race proper.
• Ten minutes before the start of the race, a siren will be aired along the base/transition area. Upon the release of the siren, the participants must assemble along the starting line for final instructions and race mechanic orientations.
• No participant will be allowed to survey or go to the specified trail areas until the race proper.
• Marshals and other guides will be assigned in their designated points along the trail to monitor the race.
• Medical stations will be positioned in strategic locations along the trail and or will be the sweepers of the race with the medical ambulance to treat injured athletes.
• No participants will be allowed to seek or receive any assistance from parties from official members of the working committee, trail marshals, medical, search, and rescue team personnel during the race proper.
• Any violations or non-compliance of the foregoing rules will be grounds for disqualification.
• Participants who are judged to be disqualified will not receive his/her Finishers Medal.
• Participants must have 2 yarn necklaces to signify that they have passed all two halfway points for individual categories.
• The top three athletes who have the least time will be declared as the winner of each category.
