• E-vouchers are non-transferrable. Hotel reservations can be made by voucher holders only. The owner of the e-voucher must be present upon check-in, otherwise a charge equivalent to the current Best Available Rate will apply.
• The e-voucher is not valid for group bookings (9 rooms per booking). Reservation is subject to room availability.
• E-vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for a single transaction only.
