For over 25 years, Australian-born Tim has been sharing his passion for extraordinary cuisine in more than 10 countries. Named one of Australia’s top 100 Australian chefs in 2009, Tim has developed a personal love for Asian cuisine, in particular Japanese and Thai dishes, which he embellishes with modern flair. He has extensive experience working in wellness resorts alongside qualified dietitians and is renowned for creating delicious healthy menu options.
