Terms & Conditions
  1. The “Which Escape Awaits?” Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (Head Office) (“Organiser”).
  2. This Campaign is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating or entering this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information, which shall be in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
  3. Information on participating in this Campaign is integral to these entry conditions. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign implies acceptance of these conditions

4. The Campaign will run for fifty-five (55) days starting from 09:00 (GMT+7) on 7 May 2024 and ending at 12:00 (GMT+7) on 15 July 2024 (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at their discretion without prior notice and/or liability to Participants.

5. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfill the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):
A. Participants must follow @Dusit.Hotels on Instagram to be eligible for the giveaway.
B. Create a short video using one of the AR Filters available on @Dusit.Hotels Instagram.
C. Post the produced video on Participants’ personal Instagram profile, ensuring that the post is set to public visibility.
D. In the description of the post, specify the Dusit Hotels and Resorts that Participants want to visit and provide a reason for Participants’ own choice.
E. Include the hashtag #DusitEscape and tag @Dusit.Hotels.

6. Participants who adhere to the Campaign Requirements shall be eligible to win the Prizes (as defined below), and Participants who fail to abide by the Campaign Requirements will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without further notice.

7. Entry to the Campaign is free of charge and open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry, except for the following:
A. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries.
B. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries.

8. The winners will be selected from among the eligible Participants who have adhered to the Campaign Requirements and submitted their entries during the Campaign Period (“Winner(s)”). The prizes will comprise ten (17) awards (“Prizes”), as detailed below:
A. One (1) Grand Prize: A 5-consecutive-night stay for two (2) people on a bed and breakfast basis at any Dusit property, and a $1,500 USD allowance. All other charges must be solely paid by the Winner.
B. Sixteen (16) Consolation Prizes: A 3-consecutive-night stay for two (2) people on a bed and breakfast basis at any Dusit property. All other charges must be solely paid for by the Winners.

i. The distribution of (16) Consolation Prizes per destination is as follows:
– Hotels in Thailand: 3 prizes
– Hotels in the Philippines: 2 prizes
– Hotels in the Maldives, Japan, Nepal, Guam, Singapore, Greece, Dubai, Oman, Doha, Egypt & Kenya: 1 prize each
ii. Entries for the consolation prizes will undergo sorting by destination during the lucky draw process. The first three entries drawn for Thailand, the first two entries drawn for the Philippines, and the first entry drawn for each of the other destinations will be eligible to receive a prize for their preferred Dusit hotels.

9. The Winners will be announced via @Dusit.Hotels’ Instagram page on 30 July 2024 (“Winner Announcement Date”). Subsequently, the Winners shall also be contacted by the Organiser via direct message on Instagram.
10. Failure to inform the Organiser of acceptance of the Prizes by 8 August 2024 after the first attempt to communicate by the Organiser to the Winners shall constitute rejection by the Winners of the Prizes. The Organiser reserves the right to award the Prizes to subsequent Winners with or without further notice and/or assigning any reasons. The Organiser’s decision shall be final.

11. The Winners and their guests shall be personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any applicable local/withholding tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the Prizes.

12. By participating in the Campaign, the Participants grant the Organiser and its affiliates the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content produced by Participants (including but not limited to videos, images, and captions) for promotional and marketing purposes, without any further compensation or notice to the Participants.

13. The Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Additionally, the check-in name must match the Winners’ name used for accepting the Prizes.

14. The Prizes is valid for twelve (12) months from the issuing date as stated on prize documentation.

15. Winners must make reservations in advance directly with the selected hotel. Blackout dates may apply, and availability is subject to the discretion of such hotel. In the event of a no-show, the Prizes is non-refundable, and no changes for a new reservation will be permitted.

  1. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the type of Prizes and Winner, is final, conclusive, and binding. No further appeal, enquiry, complaint, and/or correspondence by any Participant will be entertained.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participants and to forfeit the Prizes from any Winners if the Organiser has proof or reasonably believes that the Participants have undertaken fraudulent practices and/or activities to win the Prizes or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser.
  3. Participants may be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
  4. Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.
  5. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions or inactions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone, or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. Cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred in connection with this Campaign.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to process the Participants further in accordance with applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that the Participants has violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign.
  8. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in fulfilling its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  9. The Organiser, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, and consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liability, disappointment, mental distress, personal injury, or death incurred by Participants in connection with this Campaign.
  10. These Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right at their sole discretion to vary, delete, or add to any clause of these Terms and Conditions contained herein from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  12. All applicable surcharges, costs, and expenses associated with this Campaign shall be solely borne by the Participants.
  13. All taxes, government fees, or any other charges that may be levied against the Participants under applicable laws in relation to this Campaign shall be solely borne by the Participants.
  14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English language shall prevail.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
