We guarantee the best rate for every stay that you reserve on dusit.com. Found a lower rate comparable to our Dusit Gold member rate? Complete our best rate guarantee claim, we’ll not only match the lower rate, but will also give you an extra 25% discount.

In the rare case that you find a lower rate, here are the steps to make a claim:

Step 1: Found a lower rate?

Found a lower rate comparable to our Dusit Gold member rate within 24 hours of completing your reservation on dusit.com?

Step 2: Submit your claim

Complete our Best Rate Guarantee form in your preferred language: Thai or English.

Step 3: Provide documentation

Attach a screenshot clearly displaying; the total price at the final booking stage, reservation dates, guest name and timestamp within 24 hours of your original Dusit booking.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation

Upon verification and approval of your claim, we will match the lower rate and apply an additional 25% discount for your reservation.

Before You Submit a Claim

Please review these important terms and conditions:

Eligible Reservations
  • Your original booking must be made through our official channels; dusit.com, Customer Engagement Centre, Dusit
    Hotels & Rewards app, or directly with the hotel.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of your original booking and at least 48 hours before arrival.
  • The comparison must be for identical accommodations: same hotel, room type, number of guests, and dates.
  • Both reservations must have the same terms regarding cancellation, no-show, advance purchase policies and
    payment policies.
  • Rates are compared excluding service charges, taxes, gratuities, and other fees.
  • The lower rate must be available when Dusit validates your claim.
  • For stays of multiple nights, rates are compared night by night.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations do not qualify for rate matching.
  • The rate you have found is lower than our comparable Dusit Gold member rate
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Non-public rates (corporate, group, or email solicitation rates)
  • Member-only rates with specific qualification criteria such as local and international government employees,
    partnership and loyalty programme
  • Package rates with added value (meals, spa treatments, transfers, etc.)
  • Long-stay rates (beyond 7 days)
  • Auction website rates
  • Opaque bookings (where hotel brand is withheld until confirmation)
  • Dusit Direct booking rates using discount codes, vouchers, coupons, or Dusit shop certificates
  • For prepaid bookings, approved claims result in a credit during your stay, with unused amounts refunded at
    checkout.
  • Only one claim is permitted per stay, defined as consecutive nights at the same hotel (even if checking out and
    back in on the same day).
