Status Match with Dusit Gold
Dusit Gold offers Status Match Programme, created to extend recognition to travellers who currently hold elite status with other hotel loyalty programmes. With Status Match, your existing tier from another programme can be matched to an equivalent Dusit Gold tier, allowing you to enjoy our privileges right away.
* Please note that reservations made through third-party websites or travel agents will not qualify.
Eligibility
The Status Match Programme is open to:
- A qualifying room reservation with Dusit Hotels & Resorts.
- New or existing Dusit Gold members.
- Members able to provide valid proof with another hotel loyalty programme.
Required Documents
To apply, please submit:
- A confirmation of your up-coming qualifying reservation at Dusit Hotels & Resorts (for example when booked on Dusit.com).
- A copy of your membership card from the selected programme showing your name, membership ID, and tier status in English.
- A copy of the account overview page of the selected programme displaying your name, membership ID, tier status and tier expiration.
Application Process
- Join or confirm your membership with Dusit Gold.
- Submit your application by completing the online form.
- The Dusit Gold team will review your application within 7 business days.
- If valid, your tier will be updated to reflect the matched status.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

How long will it take to process my request?
Within seven (7) business days following your completed application and submission of the requested documentation.
Can I request a Status Match more than once?
No, only one Status Match per member is allowed.
Will my previous stays with Dusit before the Status Match count toward my new tier?
Only qualifying stays made after your enrolment date in Dusit Gold will count.
Can my matched tier be extended beyond 24 months?
No, the Status Match is allowed one time only. However, if you meet the required nights/points criteria within 24 months, your tier may be extended according to Dusit Gold programme rules.
For example: If your current tier is Gold level, and you are meet 15 qualified nights or 30,000 points within 24 months, you can extend your Gold tier.

Is there an application fee?
No, there is no application or processing fee to apply for the Dusit Gold Status Match.
How long is the Dusit Gold Status Match offer available?
Dusit Gold Status Match reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions
- Status Match is valid for 24 months from the date of approval.
- Only one Status Match per member is permitted.
- Complimentary nights, promotional stays, or bookings through third-party websites (e.g., OTAs, wholesalers) are not eligible.
- Dusit Gold reserves the right to approve, deny, downgrade, or revoke a matched status at its sole discretion.
- Renewal of matched status requires meeting the standard Dusit Gold qualification criteria.
- Submissions without valid proof of tiers status will not be processed.
